Hartley Nichols, OD

Dr. Hartley Nichols is delighted to be a part of the Chelsea community as your doctor at Chelsea Eye Care. Dr. Nichols is a native of the Birmingham area, including her education at Samford University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in biology. Following that, she attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry where she was the top graduate in her class.

Dr. Nichols received further training during her residency in ocular disease, which helped prepare her to diagnose and treat the many problems that can affect your eyes. She feels some of the most rewarding and valuable of her experiences have been on mission trips to provide eye care in Costa Rica, Honduras, and the Appalachians.
